How we work

Five stages. Weekly demos. No surprises.

We use a tight, repeatable process built around client involvement and rapid delivery. Most projects go from kickoff to launch in 8 to 14 weeks.

    Discovery & Consultation

    Week 0

    A working session with you and the engineers who will build the project. We pressure-test the brief, identify risks, and leave with a scoped proposal.

  2. 2

    Planning & Strategy

    Week 1

    We translate the proposal into milestones, sprint plans, and a public Notion roadmap. You meet the full team and get access to every channel.

  3. 3

    Design & Development

    Weeks 2–10

    Iterative sprints with Friday demos. You see working software every week, and steer the roadmap as the product takes shape.

  4. 4

    Testing & Refinement

    Weeks 10–12

    QA across devices, accessibility audits, performance budgets, and a hardening sprint with you in the loop.

  5. 5

    Launch & Support

    Week 12+

    We handle the launch — Play Store, App Store, DNS, monitoring — and stay on retainer for the first 90 days.
